II listed Georgian house built by the well known marine artist Thomas
Luny with a peaceful atmosphere, yet close to the centre of Teignmouth,
Devon uk.
All rooms are tastefully furnished: the breakfast room is furnished with antiques where guests breakfast at separate tables and the drawing room, also with antiques has shelves of books and a log fire. All four bedrooms are en suite and individually furnished, each with a direct dial telephone, colour television and tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk. The house and furniture are of a high class and the owners have a policy that children should be a minimum age of 12 and no pets are allowed. Neither is smoking permitted in the house.
