PADSTOW FROM ROCK
Padstow from Rock Cornwall

On a hillside on the north coast of Cornwall England  looking down on the Camel Estuary, Padstow has a long sea-faring history. The busy harbour is fringed by some extremely old and historic buildings. Family fishing trips run daily from the harbour.

Trevone Bay, Harlyn Bay, Constantine Bay, Treyarnon Bay and Porthcothan Bay are all easily reached from Padstow, and have lovely sandy beaches and rock pools to explore.

The coastal area offers bathing, surfing, windsurfing, golf, sailing, and great cliff walks with tremendous scenery.

May Day sees the ancient pagan festival in which the red and blue 'osses (monsters) cavort and dance in the streets.
