Exmouth, Devon UK
Part of the long beach at Exmouth Devon uk
On the south coast of Devon, the two miles of flat sandy beach help to make Exmouth a family resort. At the eastern end children can enjoy the rock pools revealed at low tide. The esplanade is long, affording clear views of the estuary of the River Exe, renowned for its wildlife, and of the sea; watch the boats entering and leaving. There is a zoned swimming area, a children's playground and boating pond next to the esplanade and lots of parking space.

The town has some lovely gardens and, on the fringe of the town is open parkland known as Phear Park with swings, putting green and approach golf.
