Porthtowan is located on Cornwall's picturesque north coast, centrally positioned to larger town amenities, but pleasantly uncommercialised in today's world, midway between St Agnes and Portreath with views of St Ives Bay to the south, St Agnes Head, Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth to the north. This beachside property is a real home-from-home boasting many modern amenities and home 'comforts'. It is a fully furnished modern apartment with double and twin bedrooms. The panoramic views from the lounge and balcony take in the beach and sea, cliffs and breathtaking sunsets. There is a comfortable open plan lounge, kitchenette and dining area, bathroom and the two bedrooms. The lounge has colour television, video and CD player. A cot and high chair are available on request. Well behaved pets are also welcome. (Please note that there is a dog ban on the beach from Easter Day to 1st October). Access is from the rear along a pathway off the main car park. The property has complementary parking nearby. The apartment is available all year round with short and last minute breaks catered for.
