On the main coast road between Seaton and Beer Devon uk, Garlands sits in an acre of gardens with superb views of the sea and countryside.

Two self catering cottage units adjoin the main house. One has a double bedroom (en suite), with bunk beds available for children if required, and the other, two en suite bedrooms.

Both units have fully fitted kitchens and lounges with colour television, leading into the Garlands garden at the front.

Parking, bed linen and towels are provided and heating and lighting are included.

The lovely village of Beer and its beach full of character are within easy walking distance. The coastal footpath is just minutes away.

You are welcome to enjoy the south facing sun terrace and unwind in the large garden.
