| This new luxury apartment in Newquay,
which is only 5 minutes walk from the sea front, is furnished to a high
standard. The balcony has sea views extending as far as Watergate Bay and to Trevose Head. There is secure underground parking and lifts to all floors. On the lower floor there is also an indoor pool, gym and sauna/steam room. The communal roof area provides breath taking 360 degree views, The pictures are all originals or limited edition prints. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower etc., and the twin beds in the other bedroom can be made into a double if required. There is a put-u-up bed for an extra child/person as needed. In the bathroom and en-suite there are heated towel rails, well lit mirrors and under floor heating, with restful decor, pictures and all comfortable facilities to make your stay a pleasure. The cold drinks feature on the fridge/freezer is welcome in the summer. There is also: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, hair dryer, clothes dryer, dish washer, cooker, microwave and washing machine. Other facilities include: gym, sauna, indoor pool, DVD player, under floor central heating, TV, video player, CD player. Linen (but not towels) is provided. We have a special service whereby if you order groceries etc. from Tesco we can arrange to meet the delivery and have it packed away in the fridge/freezer and cupboards ready for your arrival. This is a smartly furnished apartment, which is not suitable for pets. Humans, however, will have a great time
