| Within 600 yards level walk you will
find the sandy beach at Dawlish Warren, an extremely popular
family resort . Chalets have 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bath, shower, W.C. and wash basin. Duvet / blankets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring bed linen. The lounge diner has a colour T.V., electric cooker, fridge and heaters. If there are five or six in your party the studio couch converts into a double bed. Electricity is by meter. The holiday park features: a club with entertainment (membership of the club is an optional extra and can be purchased on arrival at reception); indoor heated pools and sauna; children's club; cafeteria; crazy golf; amusement arcade; shop; launderette and hire service. Children can also enjoy the adventure playground and join in the organised games in the sports fields. Close by is an attractively situated golf course. There are further beaches at Dawlish, 2 miles away and Teignmouth, 5 miles. Trains and buses to the nearby towns of Exeter and Torquay stop close by and many coach operators stop at the park for local tours. |
