| Seaspray is ideally situated close
to the beach at Porthtowan on the north coast of Cornwall uk and the
owners' "home from home" with many extras not normally found in holiday
homes.
On the ground floor is a well furnished double glazed bedroom with 2 single beds and a thermostatically controlled wall heater. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with shower and the living room with kitchen/dining area. On a mezzanine floor is another bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have a chest of drawers and a wardrobe with hangers. The house provides very comfortable accommodation for 4 adults and is well equipped with all the usual contents. Well behaved dogs
and children are welcome and there is ample car parking. Smoking is discouraged
but there is the balcony overlooking the beach!
